The salutation of a sentry at the gate of a plush restaurant is more than a mere gesture. It is a sign that a warm, welcoming ambience awaits you indoors. The positivity of a place has more to do people than the placement of furniture. It is therefore very important that the employees of an organisation work in camaraderie.
The primary responsibility towards creating a positive work culture rests with the management. The management must ensure that every employee looks forward to work everyday. Ironically, this has less to do with remuneration. A simple morning routine where the employee gather around along with their manager for an Informal chat, could contribute positively to the work atmosphere.

Encourage team members to be empathetic towards one another. If an employee is taking too long to complete a task instead of designating his task to another, a few others can assist the employee in his task.
This builds their self confidence and they also gain friends in the process.
Identifying and recognizing the unique abilities of each employee are crucial to the success of a company.
